30 Minute Perfect Penne Bolognese
I've perfected this recipe. Just trust me on this. š
Makes approx. 8 servings

SautƩ until translucent:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 yellow onion, diced
6 cloves freshly chopped garlic (approx 1 tablespoon)
Then add in:Ā
12 oz can tomato paste
2 jars (22 oz each) Rao's Marinara
1.5-2 lbs cooked drained ground beef
6 oz can tomato paste
Seasoning:
Ā½ teaspoon salt
Ā½ pepper
Ā½ teaspoon garlic powder
Ā½ teaspoon onion powder
ā teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Ā¼ cup shredded parmesan
1 cup heavy cream
Prepare
1 lb Penne cooked to package instructions
Combine cooked penne and tomato beef mixture in a large dutch oven
Top with:
1 lb shredded Mozzarella
Pop in the broiler for about 5 minutes to melt the mozzarella.
Enjoy with a green salad and some crusty bread.
You have tomato paste listed twice on this recipe. Is one of them supposed to be tomato sauce?
