Asian Sticky-Glazed Turkey Meatballs
Sweet & Salty yumminess!

Meatballs:
Combine:
2-3 lb ground turkey
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 teaspoon garlic
1 ½ teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon ground ginger
2 eggs
1 ½ cup plain panko crumbs
Shape turkey mixture into 1 1/2" balls on a parchment lined baking pan.
Bake at 375° for 20-23 minutes or internal temp of 160°
Sauce:
Combine in a saucepan over medium heat:
¼ cup rice vinegar
¼ cup soy sauce, low sodium
⅔ cup Hoisin sauce
3 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon Siracha sauce
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 ½ teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
Sprinkle with sesame seeds
Serve over pasta or rice or as an appetizer
