Crockpot Asian Dumpling Soup
Super Easy! Just grab the potsickers from the frozen food aisle. My family emptied the pot! Enjoy!
The recipe:
In a 4 quart crockpot on HIGH:
One 16 ounce bag of frozen potstickers (ours were chicken but pork is great too!)
64 ounces (2 boxes) of chicken stock
The package of sauce that comes with the potstickers
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon of chopped garlic
1 tablespoon sliced fresh basil
1 cup matchstick carrots
⅛ teaspoon red pepper flakes
½ tablespoon Spicy Tokyo Rub (Rub with Love)
Cook on high for two hours OR until the potstickers read 160° (which might be sooner!).
If your potstickers don't come with a package of dipping sauce, try this recipe:
Potsticker Dipping Sauce
together:
• ¼ cup soy sauce
• ¼ cup rice vinegar
• 1 teaspoon Sriracha
• ½ teaspoon sesame oil
• ⅛ teaspoon onion powder
• ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
