Crockpot Chardonnay Chicken and Noodles

Recipe:
In the crockpot on low:
1-2 pounds of boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 cup chardonnaywine
1 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 cup finely diced red onions (optional)
Spice mix:
1 teaspoon chicken base
1 tablespoon dried parsley
½ teaspoon granulated onion
½ teaspoon ground thyme
½ teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon black pepper
⅛ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
After 4 hours shred or dice chicken chicken
Add in 1 cup frozen peas (optional)
Boil 1 pound of egg noodles per the package directions.
Combine noodles and crockpot contents and enjoy!
