Crockpot Hot Cowgirl Dip - So this went viral overnight! So easy. Here's the recipe:
ingredients:
4 cups frozen corn (or drained canned corn)
15 oz can black beans (drained)
4 oz can chopped green chilis
½ cup diced tomatoes (or canned)
8 oz cream cheese
1 oz of taco seasoning
1 ½ teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon chili powder
 6 cups shredded monterey jack cheese (divided)
1 cup sliced green onion (divided)Â
Layer ingredients in the crockpot saving 1 cup of cheese, ¼ cup green onions to top.
Cook on high for 2 hours stirring occasionally
top with remaining cheese and onions before serving with your favorite tortilla or corn chip.
