Crockpot Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip

Easy peasy! Serve with chips, pita strips or a sliced baguette. This recipe is a little different from my baked version and will stay on "warm" in the crockpot for your gathering! Yum!

Recipe:

In the crockpot on high for two hours. (Then just keep it on the warm setting for your gathering.)

8 oz package of cream cheese

14 oz can chopped artichoke hearts (drained & diced)

10 oz frozen, chopped spinach (thawed & squeezed of extra moisture)

2 tablespoon chopped garlic

1 cup of mayo

1 cup of sour cream

2 cups shredded parmesan

2 cups shredded mozzarella

1 cup, 2% milk (optional)

Seasoning:

½ teaspoon of pepper

½  teaspoon salt

½  teaspoon granulated onion

1 teaspoon freeze dried chives

¼  teaspoon red pepper flakes

2 hours on high in the crock pot, stirring occasionally. Serve with chips, pita strips or a sliced baguette.
