Crockpot, One Pot Tender Beef Roast and Noodles with Garlic & Sage - so flavorful!
You know how loyal I am to one pot recipes! And this was absolutely decadent even though it was easy!

3-4 lb Beef Bottom Round Roast (cleaned and cut in half)
2 Tablespoons olive oil
2 yellow onions roughly chopped
I large head of peeled fresh garlic
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon Italian seasonings
1.61 oz Brown Gravy Mix (we used Pioneer brand)
1 cup white wine
1 cup chicken broth
4-5 fresh sage leaves
On high for 4 hours then low for 4 hours.
shred beef
Add in 24 oz more of chicken stock
Add in 16 oz of uncooked egg noodles
Cover on high until pasta is tender.
Serve with a dollop of sour cream and some crusty bread.
