Crockpot Shredded Tandoori Chicken
This is the first time I have cooked with this flavor profile but I saw it and I had to try it. We absolutely loved the flavors.
I ended up doubling the chicken from the recipe I had originally found because my family likes protein. I served it with some rice that I cooked in the rice cooker with a little bit of bouillon, dried chives & sesame oil.
This was delicious. My family enjoyed it and it is officially on our go-to list because it was so easy!

Recipe:
2 to 4 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast or thighs
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons Garam Masala
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon cumin
2 teaspoons kosher salt
2 teaspoons turmeric
½ teaspoon ground ginger
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
14 ounce can coconut milk
4-5 hours on high in the crockpot. Shred.
Serve over seasoned white rice and with warm Naan bread. Enjoy!
