Easy Asian BBQ Pork Ribs & Fried Rice (mostly crock pot!)
I needed a break from Thanksgiving preparations that was easy and a completely different flavor profile.
These ribs are super easy they just get popped in the crockpot and then finished in the oven for a few minutes, just to caramelize them on the outside.
As a side dish, I just whipped up some easy fried rice.
Definitely an economic meal. The whole meal cost about $20 for our family of five! I hope you can use this recipe and enjoy it!
