Easy Spaghetti Pomodoro - simple recipe, big, fresh flavor!
Ingredients:
lots of olive oil (1/4 cup)
20 oz cherry tomatoes
10 peeled cloves of garlic
fresh rosemary
big pinch of salt & pepper
1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Pop in a baking dish in the oven at 375° for 30 minutes or until the tomatoes are all popped.
Smash up everything including the garlic with a fork, and then mix it in with some al dente spaghetti, top with some fresh grated Parmesan, and enjoy!
