Fettuccine in a Creamy Tomato Sauce with Chicken & Fresh Herbs
This is similar to recipes you have seen before from me, I've added in shorcuts, so that it can be cooked during the week in about 25 minutes.
Recipe:
In a pan sauté & combine:
3 tablespoon olive oil
5 green onions, diced
5 cloves of garlic sliced
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
4 chicken breasts pre broiled, thinly sliced
6 oz prepared sundried tomato pesto
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 cups heavy cream
½ cup pasta water
Then combine with:
18 oz. fresh fettucini (prepared as per package)
1 cup parmesan
Salt and pepper to taste
