Honey Soy Garlic Chicken
I wanted some take out Chinese food! This was based on several recipes that I found. I changed up to give it more flavor and make it a "one pan" chicken recipe. My family devoured it and the "Mangolian Cauliflower Rice" recipe I served it with. Here's the link to that:
Recipe:
2-3 lbs boneless chicken thighs
2 green onions
Marinade:
½ cup soy sauce
¼ cup vegetable oil
½ teaspoon grated ginger
1 tablespoon, grated fresh garlic
3 tablespoon raw honey
¼ teaspoon each kosher salt and black pepper
Directions:
Marinate chicken thighs for an hour or two in a baking dish.
Bake at 400° for 30-40 minutes flipping a couple times until it has internal temp 165°. Then a quick broil on the end to crisp up the skin. Top with diced green onions and serve with our Mongolian cauliflower rice recipe!
