Mary’s Creamy Crockpot Potatoes
My friend Mary bestowed this recipe on me when we lived in Florida. I’m fairly certain that when I was pregnant with my third born, I ate an entire pot of these by myself. My children and hers are all high level achievers…just saying.

In the crockpot on low for 4 hours (stirring occasionally)
1 package or more of frozen cubed hash browns (you can use O’Brien style too)
1 stick of butter
1 cup sliced green onions
1 can cream chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
