Mongolian Riced Cauliflower
I thought of this because we love a dish called "Mongolian beef" from our local Chinese food restaurant that is all about the green onions.
2 bags frozen garlic-seasoned riced cauliflower
3 tablespoon sesame oil
3 tablespoon soy sauce (or more)
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon dried chives
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 bunches of green onions chopped into 1-2 inch pieces
Directions:
Add seasme oil and butter to the hot pan.
Add the riced cauliflower, soy sauce & spices.
Sauté until rice is hot and the onions are slightly wilted.
