Penne with Roasted Tomato & Garlic Herbed Cheese

Boursin Garlic & Herb Cheese & Roasted Tomato Penne


I totally saw this all over the internet several months ago and decides to make it my own and revamp my version a bit.


This dish is so easy because most of the flavor comes from the garlic cheesey goodness. I just like to amp it up with even more garlic, some salt and pepper and, of course parmesan and heavy cream! Fantastic and it makes you look like a super bougie cook!

On a sheet pan

  • mix:

10 oz of cherry tomatoes

4 tablespoons olive oil

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon pepper

5-6 cloves of garlic chopped


  • Then sprinkle over:

1 Boursin Garlic & Herbs cheese 5.2oz


  • Pop under broiler until tomatoes start popping and browning.


  • Add tomato mixture to a sautee pan


  • Combine with:

½ cup heavy cream

½-1 cup grated parmesan

Simmer for about 5-10 minutes


  • Pour over one pound of cooked penne (or your favorite pasta)

  • Add more salt, pepper and parmesan to taste.
