Restaurant quality chicken and broccoli stir-fry.
It's all in the marinade for the chicken. It makes a delicious sauce that tastes amazing. It's worth buying the sauces to keep in your pantry, you can find them in any grocery store.
You can also vary the vegetables that you put in it but we just like this combination!
Recipe:
1-2 lbs chicken breast thinly sliced
3-4 heads of brocolli chopped
1 bunch of green onions chopped into 1” pieces
1 yellow onions diced
8 oz. sliced brown mushrooms
Marinade:
¾ cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon grated garlic
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1½ tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
Cooked white rice
Cook chicken thoroughly in a hot wok, set aside
Cook vegetables until desired tenderness.
Add chicken back in to the walk with the vegetables. Mix together.
Serve over cooked white rice. (we have used a little $15 ricemaker for the past 20 years!)
