Shrimp and Cheesy Grits
My husband is from New Orleans and you would've thought that he had cooked this before.
We have a freezer full of fresh gulf shrimp (thanks to my awesome sister-in-law and brother-in-law!) and every once in a while, I ask my husband to prepare something for us! The man is a man of many talents! This was his first attempt at shrimp and grits and I think he did a fabulous job. It was fantastic! He created it with some ideas from other recipes, and made it his own. We decided that the grits needed a little more salt & butter than the recipe in the video but at least it shows you how it all works! Thanks. I hope you enjoy it!
