Slow Cooker Shredded Mexican Chicken
Use this as a filling to tacos, enchiladas, quesadillas...anything!
Recipe:
2-3 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 cups of salsa of your choice
1-2 packets of taco seasoning
Directions:
Place all ingredients in the crockpot on high for 5-7 hours. Shred chicken and serve!
