Southwest Chili Dip and Pasta Sauce
This is a versatile crockpot recipe. You can put it on pasta or just by adding an extra brick of cream cheese it becomes a top-notch party dip! It is also super simple and feeds a lot of people! Perfect for tailgating, or bringing to a potluck, or just an easy meal for your family. It has a lot of my go-to spices.
Serve with a salad topped with our vinaigrette recipe to complete the meal.

Southwest Chili Dip and Pasta Sauce Recipe:
In the crockpot on high for 4 (ish) hours:
1 diced onion
2 tablespoon olive oil
2 lbs pre-cooked ground beef
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 can corn
1 package taco seasoning
1 teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon pepper
⅛ teaspoon red pepper flakes
15-30 before serving melt in:
1 block of cream cheese if you are putting over pasta.
2 blocks of cream cheese if it’s a dip.
Top with 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
and have another 1/2 cup available for people to add to their individual servings.
