Sweet & Savory Fresh Green Beans with Crumbled Bacon
Ingredients:
½ lb fresh green beans (rinsed & picked)
¼ - ½ cup crumbled bacon
½ cup brown sugar
4 tablespoons butter (melted)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions:
Clean and pick the ends off of the green beans (I had ½ lb of Haricots Verts)
Boil them for 5-6 minutes
Sweet and savory sauce
Melt in a sauce pan:
The butter, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic powder & bacon.
Combine the green beans and sauce in a baking pan.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Moving them around occasionally.
Serve and enjoy!
