The “Everyone Loves This Salad” Salad
Everyone DOES love this salad! Even the teenagers that live in and visit my house. Trust me. The garlicky dressing is sooo good. The bacon makes it just a little more fun. Add some avocado to make it even better. Here's the recipe. The link to the instagram video is at the bottom. Enjoy!
Recipe:
2 heads of romaine diced
1 cucumber, seeds removed then diced
8-10 cherry tomatoes sliced in quarters
3 green onions chopped
½ cup of crumbled bacon
1 tablespoon fresh basil
Salad Dressing:
In a small jar:
½ cup olive oil
½ cup fresh lemon juice
1 heaping tablespoon dijon mustard
2 teaspoons grated parmesan
1 big garlic clove, grated
⅛ teaspoon pepper
¼ teaspoon salt
Shake it like a polaroid picture! Toss with salad.
