This whipped goat & cream cheese with olive oil, garlic, fresh basil, green onion & pepper flakes is amazing. My guests completely cleaned the bowl. (Would also make a great spread on a bagel or some toast. YUM!)

Easy recipe:
Whip in a food processor
4-6oz. Goat cheese
4-6 oz. Cream cheese.
• Spread on a serving plate
Top with the following:
In a small pan heat on low:
1/4 cup good olive oil
4 to 5 pieces of fresh garlic, sliced thinly
a pinch of red pepper flakes
salt, and pepper
two sliced green onions
a few leaves of basil sliced thinly.
• Once the garlic has browned slightly, pour thr entire mixture, over top of cream cheese mixture.
• Enjoy it with some of your favorite crackers or thinly sliced toasted sourdough.
